- What does Pro include?
- A deck of 10 draws that refills 5 a day, so you can read every day with room for a heavy night, and every reading is one draw whatever its size. Pro readings include 10 follow-up messages, clarity cards, custom spreads, a daily card written for you, and a daily reading by email if you turn it on. Pro is $14.99 a month or $119 a year.
- Monthly or yearly?
- Both give the same Pro. Monthly is $14.99 and renews each month, and yearly is $119 and renews each year, with a reminder emailed 15 to 45 days before a yearly renewal. Either renews until you cancel.
- What happens to my deck when Pro ends?
- The deck ends with the paid period, readings then use credits, and the free daily card continues. Custom spreads you made stay in your account and still work for readings, though creating or editing them needs Pro again. The daily emailed reading stops, and its settings are kept so it resumes if you subscribe again.
- How do credit packs work, and do credits expire?
- A pack of 10 credits is $9.99, paid once. Purchased credits never expire while your account is open, and the 3 free credits on a new account last 30 days. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
- How does the charge appear on my statement?
- The charge appears on your statement as POWER TAROT. Purchases are sold through Link, a Stripe company acting as merchant of record under Managed Payments, so Link's name may appear beside it. The confirmation email we send repeats the amount, the plan, and the renewal date.
- What if I want to dispute a charge?
- Write to hello@powertarot.com first, and billing mistakes are corrected promptly. Disputing a legitimate charge with your bank instead of contacting us may lead to us closing your account.
